Easy Peasy Molten Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe

Assalamualaikum semua.


Seperti yang dijanjikan dalam post yang sebelum ni untuk bagi feedback pasal produk Etude House. Ya, tahu tahu dah lama kan? Maka aku bagi 2 bintang daripada 5 bintang *applause*
Produk yang best terutamanya Tigthening Essence. Lembap je muka rasa bila apply the product tapi macam tak bagi apa-apa effect dekat kulit aku. Pores pun tak mengecil langsung.

Okay moving on to our topic today Molten Chocolate Lava Cake!
I have posted some of the pictures on my Instagram and Twitter if I'm not mistaken and some people ask me for the recipe. Then I thought, I should have posted them here too!

3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter

1. Double boil the the butter and chocolate chips together and set aside after you're done. (A)
2. In the mixer, beat the eggs well then mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Then add in the melted chocolate (A) into the mixer and mix it with the beaten eggs followed by the flour. Mix them with low speed using the mixer.
4. Spray cupcake tins with cooking spray before you put the cake mix. Tak pun sapu nipis dengan butter cupcake tin tu okay?
5. Set your oven to 232 degrees C/ 450 degrees F, bake them to 8 minutes only.

Remember! Don't over bake your cupcake ;) Nanti jadi macam dekat belakang tu kembang je but still taste good actually. Hiks!
